International Violin Educator &
Principal String Specialist
Meet Su Tzu-Yuan
Su Tzu-Yuan is an internationally trained violin educator with over 20 years of teaching and performance experience. A graduate of Fu Jen Catholic University with advanced masterclass training in Taiwan and Japan, he has previously lectured at Taipei City University of Science & Technology and performed with the Taipei Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra.
Since relocating to Malaysia in 2012, Mr. Su has significantly elevated the standard of violin pedagogy through structured curriculum development, teacher training, and high-level technical coaching. His students have consistently achieved exceptional results in prestigious competitions—including Sendai, Brahms, and Qin Dao—and he has been honoured with multiple International Teacher Awards from Vienna Virtuoso, Vivaldi International, Nobel-Artist, and various Malaysian competitions.
As Eureka’s Principal String Specialist, Mr. Su leads the entire strings programme with deep authority and expertise. His impact is already evident: students such as Jing Yi and Alex have earned accolades at international, regional, and national levels, including Jing Yi’s Finalist Diploma at the 2025 Leonid Kogan International Violin Competition (Brussels), as reported by The Strad, and multiple Gold Prizes at Euroasia, the Singapore Raffles International Music Festival, the Singapore Golden Lion Awards, and several Malaysian competitions. Mr. Su sets Eureka’s technical standards, mentors Malaysian teachers, and prepares young violinists for professional-level performance through an approach that integrates precision, disciplined technique, and expressive musicality.
